SPAM POLICY (Unsolicited Commercial Email): ZSA by RMC WTA

Spam is not permitted on ZSA.
Spam is email that is both unsolicited and commercial in nature.
1. Unsolicited: The email sent to a person/s is uncalled for, denoting that the recipient did not request nor demand for that particular email.
2. Commercial: The email discusses buying, selling or trading of goods or services

Violations of this policy may impose the following actions:
1. Listing cancellation
2. Limits on account privileges
3. Account suspension
4. Forfeit of ZSA fees on cancelled listings
5. Loss of PowerSeller status

Email offers to buy or sell items outside of the ZSA site are not permitted. Offers of this nature evade ZSA´s payment structure and are potential fraud risks for both buyers and sellers.

EMAIL AND WEBSITES IMPERSONATING ZSA

In case you receive requests for personal information in email messages made to appear that they were sent from ZSA, you should report and verify the matter to the ZSA Administrator.

MINIMIZING UNWANTED EMAILS

ZSA is involved in protecting your privacy. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell or disclose your information for marketing purposes. Email addresses are only disclosed to members involved in a ZSA transaction. ZSA will investigate and take action on reports of misuse of Contact a ZSA Member.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Please be aware that ZSA´s spam policy applies only to unsolicited commercial messages sent by ZSA members. If you are receiving surveys, promotional messages or other email from ZSA that you feel you should not be receiving, notify the Administrator for immediate action.
Email messages that are not commercial in nature, including offensive or unwelcome email, do not fall under the ZSA Spam policy.
Instant messages and other forms of communication conducted outside of ZSA are beyond our jurisdiction. Although posts on the ZSA Discussion Boards are not reviewed as spam, ZSA does have provisions related to appropriate board usage.

MAILING LISTS

Sellers are permitted to invite other users to join a mailing list as long as the email is related to the transaction, otherwise, secure a corresponding permit from ZSA Administrator.

REPORTING SPAM

If you receive a spam message from another ZSA member, please report it to the Administrator. Submit the complete copy of the email you received including the full header. ZSA will conduct an investigation upon receipt of the report and its full details.
If you received a warning for violating our Spam policy and you believe that it was sent in error, please Contact Us.
If you were suspended for violating our Spam policy and would like to contact us, please send us an email.
