| SHIPPING AND RETURNS: ZSA by RMC WTA |

Shipment of tangible product purchased is within 48 to 72 hours from the
time of purchase. All shipments shall be sent through Express couriers /
freight forwarders available to ZSA. Freight Charges include
payments for Freight, Fuel Surcharge, VAT and Insurance.
All air express logistics services shall be charged door-to-door, with a
3-5 day transit time to the destination´s port of entry. However, it
is the full responsibility of the consignee / buyer to
coordinate and act on the following:
1. Release of the items from Bureau of Customs, in case buyer /
consignee resolves to have their own broker clear the items.
2. Liaise with the Express company´s branch in the destination country
for possible consignee requirements, demanded by its Bureau of Customs,
in order to fulfill the door-to-door service
3. Payment of required charges by the port of entry and all necessary
transactions made with your respective port of entry i.e. Duties and
Taxes and consignee documentation
4. Insurance claims for damages due to freight / courier transit
incidents (within 5 working days)
5. Shipment tracking with the available Express courier company /
freight forwarder
All the shipping data would be made available by the chosen logistics
company within their allocated time for data retention. It is not the
responsibility of ZSA by RMC WTA to keep logistics data.
Shipments shall be considered delivered upon the following conditions:
1. The Express courier company could provide the Proof of
Delivery, POD.
2. The items were delivered to the consignee address, even if it was not
the consignee who received the shipment
3. If the Express courier could provide delivery system checkpoints,
based on their respective monitoring methods
4. If the consignee / buyer, or any of its representative, picks up the
shipment from the Express courier.
Regarding actual weight and volumetric weight, the first is based on the
weight derived from a weighing scale to measure the pull of gravity on
the mass of the shipment. The latter is derived via a formula (length
in cm x width in cm x height in cm)/6000 3D kilograms. The logistic
companies would be measuring both via their respective methods and will
base your shipment´s weight on whichever result is higher. Item
weight shall be rounded off to the higher weight bracket. (e.g. A
4.25kg shipment would be rounded off to have a 4.5kg weight. A 5.6kg
shipment would be rounded off to have a 6kg weight and so on.)
ZSA will shoulder any weight discrepancy within a .5kg range. In cases
that the reweigh results exceed the .5kg margin, we will immediately
notify you of the necessary changes in shipment schedules and / or
possible additional payment for freight. Just as much as we would like
to ensure the final weight, it is still up to the logistics company to
determine the final weight to be used when shipping your item.
All our items are sold AS IS. In any case that the courier company
damages your items in transit, the responsibility of insurance claim
will be up to you.
All logistics rules shall be governed by the abovementioned. Anything
beyond these rules, shall be managed by the international logistics
company moving the bought items.
Cancellation and Refund requests will only be entertained within the
first 24 hours upon purchase of any of our tangible items. We would
only allow refunds for items exceeding $20.00. For every refund and/or
cancellation of transaction, ZSA will require a minimum fee of $20.00 or
20% of the product price or whichever is higher.
Regarding intangible products, we will not entertain any cancellation of
payments and refunds. We will make available for you the download
version of your bought software. In any case that barriers to download
are due to our equipment´s inability to provide the download service,
we will send you the data via the ff steps, sequentially:
1. via email
2. via snail mail of a black and white printout or photocopy for
e-books
3. via CD version
All download transactions will be recorded in our servers for reference.
In case that there are claims regarding incomplete download, despite our
records showing the product was successfully downloaded, we will send
another version via email within 3 working days. Only one version will
be allowed to have an activation code.
