Zerust® ICT™ Vapor Capsules are easy-to-use and portable. These vapor capsules emit powerful corrosion inhibiting molecules into an enclosure that settle on metal surfaces and protect them from corrosion.
The Zerust vapor will even work on metal with moisture, provided that it is saturated within its coverage area for 2-3 hours. Then the "electrolyte" that affects the anode is separated by a chemical reaction, prolonging the corrosion effects.
A metal subjected to harsh environements, such as salt water, will corrode in a week's time. With Zerust, you can prolong the corrosion to 1-12 years, depending on the treatment done.
With the VC1 / VC2 capsules, you are protected from 1-3 years, while the vapor is still active.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES
