The HL20 headlamp features a lightweight headband, CREE's XP-E R2 emitter, and a compact design. It runs off a single AA battery and puts out up to 105 emitter lumens.

- Three levels of brightness, one flashing mode:
- 4 lumens (56 hours)
- 48 lumens (5.5 hours)
- 105 lumens (1.8 hours)
- Max beam length: 70 meters
- Electronic switch
- Digitally regulated output - maintains constant brightness
- Output automatic memory function
- Uses one 1.5V AA (Alkaline, Ni-MH, Lithium) battery
- Assembled structure design
- Light head is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, other parts from high-quality plastic
- Premium type-III hard-anodized anti-abrasive finish
- Weight: 49.5g (excluding battery)
- Waterproof to IPX-8 standard (submarine to 2 meteres deep water for 30 minutes continuous lighting)
- Toughened ultra-clear glass lens with anti-reflective coating
- Included accessory: Fenix diffuser lens
